According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in New York was 42,624; and represented 0.27% of the total New York voting-age population.

Queens County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (7,303), followed by Erie County (3,629), and Kings County (3,054). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Hamilton County (6), Yates County (26), and Schuyler County (32).
