According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in New York who identified as hispanic or latino was 2,925,886; and represented 18.19% of the total New York voting-age population.

Bronx County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (600,336), followed by Queens County (516,054), and Kings County (391,547). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Hamilton County (67), Schuyler County (223), and Lewis County (287).
