According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among New York voting-age population of 16,088,135 people, 56.90% of them (9,153,551 people) identified their race as White Alone, 14.46% of them (2,326,865 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 10.29% of them (1,654,770 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
