According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Oswego County, NY voting-age population of 92,794 people, 92.09% of them (85,449 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.43% of them (4,106 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 1.39% of them (1,294 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
