According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Franklin County, NY voting-age population of 37,865 people, 82.46% of them (31,224 people) identified their race as White Alone, 7.93% of them (3,001 people) identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone, and 4.74% of them (1,793 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
