According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Clinton County, NY voting-age population of 65,038 people, 88.11% of them (57,303 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.59% of them (2,988 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 4.30% of them (2,798 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
