According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Cayuga County, NY voting-age population of 61,212 people, 89.22% of them (54,611 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.50% of them (2,753 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 3.98% of them (2,437 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
