According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Chemung County, NY voting-age population of 66,485 people, 85.71% of them (56,986 people) identified their race as White Alone, 6.23% of them (4,145 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 4.97% of them (3,305 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
