According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Tioga County, NY voting-age population of 38,075 people, 92.80% of them (35,333 people) identified their race as White Alone, 4.41% of them (1,680 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 0.95% of them (362 people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone.
