According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among Putnam County, NY voting-age population of 78,270 people, 79.61% of them (62,310 people) identified their race as White Alone, 8.03% of them (6,282 people) identified their race as Two Or More Races, and 6.79% of them (5,318 people) identified their race as Some Other Race Alone.
