According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Missouri was 18,642; and represented 0.39% of the total Missouri voting-age population.

Jackson County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2,216), followed by Greene County (1,399), and Jasper County (1,398). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Schuyler County (1), Worth County (2), and Knox County (4).
