According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Arkansas was 15,691; and represented 0.68% of the total Arkansas voting-age population.

Benton County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (2,723), followed by Washington County (1,845), and Sebastian County (1,748).
