According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Arkansas who identified as hispanic or latino was 162,002; and represented 7.01% of the total Arkansas voting-age population.

Benton County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (32,032), followed by Washington County (28,669), and Pulaski County (21,628). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Newton County (52), Woodruff County (64), and Calhoun County (72).
