According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Oklahoma was 219,638; and represented 7.30% of the total Oklahoma voting-age population.

Tulsa County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (26,277), followed by Oklahoma County (16,715), and Cherokee County (11,323). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Cimarron County (4), Harper County (19), and Beaver County (26).
