According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Minnesota was 39,560; and represented 0.90% of the total Minnesota voting-age population.

Hennepin County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (6,043), followed by Beltrami County (5,675), and St. Louis County (3,174). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Lac qui Parle County (4), Murray County (5), and Lincoln County (6).
