According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone in Ohio was 15,496; and represented 0.17% of the total Ohio voting-age population.

Franklin County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (1,704), followed by Cuyahoga County (1,452), and Hamilton County (917). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - American Indian and Alaska Native Alone voting-age population were: Monroe County (12), Harrison County (12), and Vinton County (16).
