According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the total United States Voting-age population (18 years and over) was 258,343,281, which was 77.94% of the total US population. This number is the total of the voting-age population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
California had the highest voting-age population (30,827,105), followed by Texas (21,866,700), and then Florida (17,339,232). On the other hand, the 3 states that had low voting-age population were: Wyoming (441,337), Vermont (524,482), and Alaska (554,003).
