Hennepin County had the highest voting-age population (1,008,791), followed by Ramsey County (427,139), and then Dakota County (332,708). On the other hand, the 3 counties with low voting-age population were: Traverse County (2,629), Red Lake County (2,987), and Lake of the Woods County (3,066).
