Multnomah County had the highest voting-age population (666,710), followed by Washington County (464,964), and then Clackamas County (330,868). On the other hand, the 3 counties with low voting-age population were: Wheeler County (1,217), Sherman County (1,508), and Gilliam County (1,596).
