According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the total Voting-age population (18 years and over) of Colorado was 4,509,576, which was 78.11% of the total Colorado population.

Denver County had the highest voting-age population (581,062), followed by El Paso County (558,711), and then Arapahoe County (501,680). On the other hand, the 3 counties with low voting-age population were: San Juan County (600), Hinsdale County (657), and Mineral County (773).
