According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the total Voting-age population (18 years and over) of Michigan was 7,914,602, which was 78.54% of the total Michigan population.

Wayne County had the highest voting-age population (1,376,516), followed by Oakland County (1,013,401), and then Macomb County (701,202). On the other hand, the 3 counties with low voting-age population were: Keweenaw County (1,728), Luce County (4,265), and Ontonagon County (5,147).
