According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the total Voting-age population (18 years and over) of Alaska was 554,003, which was 75.54% of the total Alaska population.

Anchorage Municipality had the highest voting-age population (222,915), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (78,081), and then Fairbanks North Star Borough (72,748). On the other hand, the 3 counties with low voting-age population were: Yakutat City and Borough (534), Bristol Bay Borough (658), and Skagway Municipality (993).
