According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone in Massachusetts was 407,742; and represented 7.20% of the total Massachusetts voting-age population.

Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone (166,602), followed by Suffolk County (72,567), and Norfolk County (68,964). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Asian Alone voting-age population were: Dukes County (152), Nantucket County (213), and Franklin County (1,008).
