According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in Washington was 223,861; and represented 3.72% of the total Washington voting-age population.

King County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone (110,047), followed by Pierce County (48,808), and Snohomish County (20,755). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Garfield County (0), Columbia County (5), and Lincoln County (11).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone, Pierce County had the highest percentage (6.88%), followed by King County (6.07%), and Snohomish County (3.24%).
