According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone in the United States was 30,266,080; and represented 11.72% of the total US voting-age population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Texas had the highest Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population (2,575,257), followed by Georgia (2,462,933), and Florida (2,344,909). On the other hand, the three states with low Non-Hispanic - Black or African American Alone voting-age population were: Wyoming (3,666), Montana (3,781), and Vermont (6,143).
