According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in Massachusetts was 3,988,985; and represented 70.43% of the total Massachusetts voting-age population.

Middlesex County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (906,500), followed by Worcester County (507,189), and Essex County (448,555). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Nantucket County (8,293), Dukes County (13,934), and Franklin County (52,028).
