According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in North Carolina was 5,189,633; and represented 63.64% of the total North Carolina voting-age population.

Wake County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (516,011), followed by Mecklenburg County (412,145), and Guilford County (214,846). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Tyrrell County (1,575), Hyde County (2,440), and Washington County (4,271).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, Clay County had the highest percentage (92.33%), followed by Mitchell County (92.29%), and Ashe County (91.98%).
