According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone in Pennsylvania was 7,884,010; and represented 76.15% of the total Pennsylvania voting-age population.

Allegheny County had the highest number of people who identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone (793,509), followed by Montgomery County (503,800), and Philadelphia County (482,917). On the other hand, the three counties with low Non-Hispanic - White Alone voting-age population were: Cameron County (3,571), Sullivan County (4,543), and Forest County (4,699).

When it comes to the percentage of each county's voting-age population that identified as Non-Hispanic - White Alone, Bedford County had the highest percentage (96.00%), followed by Elk County (95.96%), and Armstrong County (95.81%).
