According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,192,253 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Arizona, which was 30.65% of the total population of Arizona.

Maricopa County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (1,351,415), followed by Pima County (372,788), and Yuma County (130,003). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Apache County (3,861), La Paz County (4,197), and Greenlee County (4,376).
