According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 256,847 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Arkansas, which was 8.53% of the total population of Arkansas.

Benton County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (50,540), followed by Washington County (44,755), and Pulaski County (33,153). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Newton County (82), Woodruff County (96), and Calhoun County (127).
