According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 239,407 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Idaho, which was 13.02% of the total population of Idaho.

Canyon County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (59,166), followed by Ada County (45,223), and Bonneville County (17,094). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Camas County (59), Butte County (134), and Lewis County (138).
