According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 382,603 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Kansas, which was 13.02% of the total population of Kansas.

Sedgwick County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (82,630), followed by Wyandotte County (55,814), and Johnson County (54,389). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Jewell County (62), Graham County (62), and Trego County (64).
