According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 588,757 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Oregon, which was 13.90% of the total population of Oregon.

Washington County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (107,642), followed by Multnomah County (103,753), and Marion County (95,740). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Wheeler County (84), Gilliam County (107), and Sherman County (119).
