According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 492,912 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Utah, which was 15.07% of the total population of Utah.

Salt Lake County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (232,088), followed by Utah County (88,531), and Weber County (48,742). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Daggett County (29), Wayne County (96), and Rich County (97).
