According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 15,504 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Vermont, which was 2.41% of the total population of Vermont.

Chittenden County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (4,751), followed by Washington County (1,569), and Windham County (1,333). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Essex County (67), Grand Isle County (127), and Orleans County (462).
