According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 908,749 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as hispanic or latino in Virginia, which was 10.53% of the total population of Virginia.

Fairfax County had the highest number of of people who identified as hispanic or latino (199,234), followed by Prince William County (121,524), and Loudoun County (59,744). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as hispanic or latino were: Highland County (35), Craig County (53), and Bland County (60).
