According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Kentucky who identified as hispanic or latino was 133,075; and represented 3.82% of the total Kentucky voting-age population.

Jefferson County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (41,100), followed by Fayette County (19,139), and Warren County (5,993). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Robertson County (11), Owsley County (28), and Magoffin County (33).
