According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Maryland who identified as hispanic or latino was 492,262; and represented 10.22% of the total Maryland voting-age population.

Montgomery County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (152,620), followed by Prince George's County (139,432), and Baltimore County (40,189). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Garrett County (211), Somerset County (672), and Kent County (756).
