According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Rhode Island who identified as hispanic or latino was 125,988; and represented 14.19% of the total Rhode Island voting-age population.

Providence County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (111,371), followed by Kent County (6,347), and Newport County (3,666). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Bristol County (1,383), Washington County (3,221), and Newport County (3,666).
