According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Texas who identified as hispanic or latino was 7,907,319; and represented 36.16% of the total Texas voting-age population.

Harris County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (1,405,353), followed by Bexar County (854,043), and Dallas County (722,471). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Loving County (0), King County (20), and Roberts County (29).
