According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, the voting-age population, of people of all racial backgrounds in Wyoming who identified as hispanic or latino was 38,153; and represented 8.65% of the total Wyoming voting-age population.

Laramie County had the highest hispanic or latino voting-age population (10,266), followed by Natrona County (4,444), and Sweetwater County (4,412). On the other hand, the three counties with low hispanic or latino voting-age population were: Niobrara County (56), Crook County (85), and Hot Springs County (98).
