According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 98.28K of the Cecil County, MD Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 84.95% (83.49K) identified their race as White Alone, 7.63% (7.50K) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.49% (5.40K) identified their race as Two Or More Races.
