According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, in April 2020, among the 2.98M of Connecticut's Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) population, 76.42% (2.28M people) identified their race as White Alone, 12.10% (360.94K people) identified their race as Black or African American Alone, and 5.72% (170.46K people) identified their race as Asian Alone.
