According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,982,651 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Connecticut, which was 82.72% of the total population of Connecticut.

Fairfield County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (752.07K), followed by Hartford County (733.22K), and New Haven County (694.75K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Windham County (101.96K), Tolland County (140.09K), and Middlesex County (152.32K).
