United States Census 2020 Non-Hispanic Population By State

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 269,369,237 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in the United States, which was 81.27% of the total US population. This number is the population from the 50 states and the District of Columbia.

California had the highest number of people who identified as non-hispanic (23.96M), followed by Texas (17.70M), and New York (16.25M). On the other hand, the three states with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Wyoming (517.80K), Vermont (627.57K), and Alaska (683.57K).
