According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 11,953,085 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Pennsylvania, which was 91.93% of the total population of Pennsylvania.

Philadelphia County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (1.37M), followed by Allegheny County (1.22M), and Montgomery County (802.04K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Cameron County (4.46K), Sullivan County (5.74K), and Forest County (6.65K).
