Mississippi Census 2020 Non-Hispanic Population By County

According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,856,059 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Mississippi, which was 96.45% of the total population of Mississippi.

Hinds County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (223.18K), followed by Harrison County (194.65K), and DeSoto County (175.15K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Issaquena County (1.21K), Sharkey County (3.74K), and Quitman County (6.16K).
