According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 915,278 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Rhode Island, which was 83.41% of the total population of Rhode Island.

Providence County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (500.42K), followed by Kent County (160.70K), and Washington County (125.26K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Bristol County (48.85K), Newport County (80.05K), and Washington County (125.26K).
