According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 683,567 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Alaska, which was 93.21% of the total population of Alaska.

Anchorage Municipality had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (264.81K), followed by Matanuska-Susitna Borough (101.84K), and Fairbanks North Star Borough (88.34K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Yakutat City and Borough (633), Bristol Bay Borough (799), and Skagway Municipality (1.20K).
