According to the data from the US 2020 decennial Census, as at April 2020, there were 2,778,704 people (of all racial backgrounds) who identified as Non-Hispanic (not hispanic or latino) in Utah, which was 84.93% of the total population of Utah.

Salt Lake County had the highest number of of people who identified as non-hispanic (953.15K), followed by Utah County (570.87K), and Davis County (323.38K). On the other hand, the three counties with low number of people who identified as non-hispanic were: Daggett County (906), Piute County (1.31K), and Wayne County (2.39K).
